I'm back!

I'm back after a long break. I've been busy. Cleaning my house. I joined a website and yahoo group called FLY lady it's all about decluttering your house which I desparately need!!!! I love it. I have routines I have to do everyday. It's been 6 weeks now and so far my kitchen, living room, laundry room, main bathroom, and one of my son's rooms are spotless!!! It feels so good to go to bed at night knowing that when I wake up the next morning I will be waking up to a nice clean kitchen and a nice clean living room. I have never felt better. Now that I've been FLYing for 6 weeks and have my routines down, I have decided to start on my weightloss trek. I have some baby weight to lose and now that baby is almost 10 months old I think now is as good a time as any. I've lost 5 pounds so far but I have a LONG ways to go. Slow but steady wins the race I always say. Thats the path I'm taking this time. No more yoyo dieting where I lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks and then gain it back in 1. NO way, I'm seriously going to commit this time. If I have the motivation to clean my house then I can have the motivation to lose this weight and keep it off. Here we go..
